This month's Adult Book Discussion book will be Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan. In 1985 Ireland, a coal merchant faces a moral reckoning when he discovers the hidden abuses of the Magdalene laundries and must decide whether to stay silent or act.

Copies of our book club selections are available to borrow in our catalog in various formats or at the Library Services Desk approximately one month before each meeting.

In-person and phone registration starts November 3rd for Norridge and Harwood Heights residents with valid library cards. Online registration for everyone opens November 10th.
