Escape the ordinary with monthly discussions of science fiction, fantasy, and horror novellas. This month's book is Roadside Picnic by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky. Redrick Schuhart scavenges alien artifacts from a dangerous Zone left by extraterrestrials, exploring the impact of mystery on human curiosity.. 

Copies of our book club selections are available to borrow in our catalog in various formats or at the Library Services Desk approximately one month before each meeting.

Additional Information

In-person and phone registration starts August 5th for Norridge and Harwood Heights residents with valid library cards. Online registration for everyone starts August 12th.
