Ages 16 & up. Have you mastered the basics of knitting and purling, and are ready for a new technique? Cables are the braids and twists of many traditional patterns, and in this class we will learn how these patterns are created. Patrons should have taken our Knitting 101 course, or have prior experience with knit and purl stitches, and some knowledge of pattern reading. Needles and yarn will be provided, but experienced knitters may bring in their own Size US 8 (5mm) needles, with corresponding cable needle.
