September is Library Card Sign-Up Month–a nationwide celebration of curiosity, learning, and connection.

Libraries across the country are encouraging both new visitors and long-time patrons to explore the many ways a library card can enrich their lives. Whether you’re looking for books, streaming services, research tools, job resources, or community programs, your library card opens the door to countless opportunities.

From storytimes and book clubs to tech help and quiet study spaces, libraries are vibrant hubs for all ages. Now is the perfect time to sign up for a library card and discover what your library can do for you.

All during September, anyone who signs up for an Eisenhower Library card (or lets us know you already have one) will receive a yard sign to show the world you're a reader. Kids can also pick a prize from our treasure chest and Norridge and Harwood Heights residents can ask for an entry into a drawing to win an Amazon Fire Stick!
