This month's book will be The Beekeeper's Apprentice by Laurie R. King.

A retired Sherlock Holmes meets Mary Russell who's intellect impresses the great detective enough to bring her under his tutelage. They are soon enlisted by Scotland Yard find the kidnapped daughter of an American senator, a case with ties to Holmes's past.
