Ages 5 & under. Can’t make it to midnight? Come to the library to count down to the new year. Stay until noon for a balloon drop!

Additional Information

Priority for Kids World programs is given to residents of Norridge and Harwood Heights with Eisenhower Library cards. Others will be placed on a pending waiting list and, if possible, moved to the main list 24 hours before the program.
