Ages 13-18. Show off your creativity by giving an ordinary rubber duck an extraordinary makeover. Pick up your rubber duck from the Answers Desk starting Saturday, February 7. Transform it into a costumed masterpiece and return your decked-out duck by 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 14. The most creative cosplay duck—and its designer—will win a prize!
