Grades 4-6.

Want to be the next famous author? Come join us for one or all three classes this fall! The themes for each class are, “Glorious Genres”, “Mesmerizing Introductions,” and “Dazzling Dialogue.”
 

Writers in high school and college are invited to join in on a weekly hour and a half of socializing, discussion, and, of course, writing! Share your poems and stories in a supportive space or listen to others read.

The Pen and Ink Writers Group gathers at the Library each month to read short stories, poems or essays, all inspired by a common theme. Build up your writing skills through practice, presentation and positive critique.

This month's book will be Eleanor and the Cold War by Ellen Yardley. Can Eleanor Roosevelt and her trusty new assistant expose the dark truth behind a transatlantic murder mystery?
