Mobility issues shouldn’t stop you from staying active. Join fitness instructor Jen Adams for a chair exercise program for seniors ages 60 and up.
After training and signing a liability waiver, drop in during open studio hours to use Workshop equipment to work on your own creative projects or get a tour of everything the Workshop has to offer.

Priority for Kids World programs is given to residents of Norridge and Harwood Heights with Eisenhower Library cards. Others will be placed on a pending waiting list and, if possible, moved to the main list 24 hours before the program.
