Have fun with engaging pre-literacy activities as we talk, sing, read, write and play!

We ask that families attend one Storytime each week. 

For ages 12 and under. If your child is younger than 3 years old, please plan to be present at this event. Drop offs of children under 3 will not be permitted.

It is Steven Spielberg week! We'll watch a few of his best movies and culminate with a discussion of his career with film historian Bob Burton.

After training and signing a liability waiver, drop in during open studio hours to use Workshop equipment to work on your own creative projects or get a tour of everything the Workshop has to offer.

Create your own snail mail portfolio so you can exchange letters and cards with friends. We'll supply all materials and a folder to hold all your mail accessories.

Ages 6-12 with an adult.

Ages 6-12. Registration Required.

Ages 13 & up. Learn the basics of operating a sewing machine: threading a needle, winding the bobbin, and selecting different stitches. Time will be available to practice on the machine.

This spring we're presenting a series of film screenings spotlighting the timeless magic of musicals—from classic showstoppers to modern hits. This week, Stephen Spielberg's West Side Story.

Writers in high school and college are invited to join in on a weekly hour and a half of socializing, discussion, and, of course, writing! Share your poems and stories in a supportive space or listen to others read.

Ages 12 and under with a parent or caregiver.

Join Eisenhower and the Language Labs for a 30 minute Ukrainian Storytime. Together we will learn songs, play games and create a craft!

Inspire a love of reading with short, interactive stories, songs, lap bounces and rhymes.

Ages 16 & up. This class covers the basics of 3D printing. You will learn to create a design using Tinkercad and watch the 3D printer in action.
